How a listing earns Checked
We match the owner to the county property record and mail a code to the address on that record. The owner shows ID and walks us through the home on a live video. A licensed agent reviews every check, and each Checked listing has a public check record.
Who stands behind the guides
Rentvana Editorial writes the guides and checks each one against Florida statutes and official sources, with the date of the last check on the page. Our licensed leasing team reviews them.
Free for renters
Renters never pay Rentvana. Landlords pay to list, with a Flat-Fee MLS Listing or Full-Service Leasing.
