  2. Step 2: List it for $99

    List at or below the top recent lease nearby, or up to 5% above it, and set the agent co-op. Once you pass the owner check, it goes up on the MLS, the major rental sites and Rentvana.

  3. Step 3: Every inquiry, straight to you

    Renters' messages and showing requests reach you right away through Rentvana's private relay, so your number stays private. Show it your way, in person, by lockbox or by self-tour, and pick your tenant. With Full-Service Leasing, our licensed team shows the home instead.

  4. Step 4: Pay the rest when it rents

    Nothing more is due unless it rents. Your listing runs for 6 months.

Questions landlords ask

I've never listed a rental. Is this hard?

No. We put it on the MLS and the major rental sites for you. You answer inquiries, show the home and pick your tenant. The step-by-step guide walks through it, and a licensed agent answers questions at hello@rentvana.com.

My listing expired or was withdrawn. Can I list it with you?

Yes. Once your old listing agreement has ended, you can list again here. Start with a free price report built from recent signed leases near yours. Read what to do when a rental listing expired.

Can I list it on Rentvana only, for free?

No. Every Rentvana listing goes on the MLS too, because that's where agents with renters are looking. Renters who find you on Rentvana still reach you through our private relay. No co-op on those. The price report is free, and you see it before you pay anything.

Can I pay to show up higher?

No. Listings rank by how recently they were updated, and nobody can buy a higher spot. A price cut counts as an update, and it goes to every renter with a matching saved search.

What if I'd rather not show it myself?

Ask for full service. It's one month's rent, paid when the lease is signed, out of the move-in money. If an agent brings the renter, we pay them from our fee. You can cancel any time before a lease is signed. Full-Service Leasing, explained.

Who sees my phone number?

Nobody, unless you give it out. Renters' messages reach you through Rentvana's private relay, and your replies go back the same way.

Why do you check the county property record?

So renters know you're the real owner and not someone who copied your listing. It protects you too, because a copy of your rental can't pass the same check.

Why do I have to show the full monthly price?

Because renters leave when fees push a place past the price they saw. Showing it up front means the people who message you already know the real price.
